De Telegraaf
De Telegraaf is the leading Dutch language daily newspaper and is available in 25 countries. The first edition of De Telegraaf was published on January 1st 1893 and its circulation has grown to an average of 802,500 copies, which makes it by far the highest selling newspaper in the Netherlands. During summer, sales exceed 1 million, partly due to the increase of foreign sales during the holiday period. De Telegraaf is read by approximately 2.3 million people; that is 18.2% of the Dutch population aged 13 years and older. The newspaper is known for its business and sport sections, De Financiële Telegraaf and Telesport. Other popular sections are De Reiskrant, with a great variety of information about travelling and De Woonkrant with a lot of information about houses and interior-decoration.
