Today, it is the French leader in the distribution of press releases and financial statements for French and foreign companies. CompanynewsGroupe manages the real-time distribution of press releases and financial statements for companies listed on the Paris Bourse (in French and English), and the stock exchanges in Brussels, Amsterdam and Luxembourg (in French, Dutch and English), Milan (in Italian and English) and Madrid (in Spanish and English), regardless of the quotation market. In addition to its own subsidiaries in Brussels, Milan and Madrid, CompanynewsGroupe is a trading partner of BusinessWire, the American leader specialised in the distribution of news on a worldwide scale, and the German leader NewsAktuell, a subsidiary of Deutsche Presse-Agentur. It distributes news from nearly 3 000 companies, 50% of which are French, to financial analysts, asset managers, journalists and the public. Companynewsgroupe was previously known as 2 separate publications: companynews and PRLine. The publisher merged the content of the 2 publications to form Companynewsgroupe.
