Customer experience

LexisNexis is constantly trying to improve your experience of our products and services. This site aims to:

  1. Let you know what projects are under way to improve customer experience - and what benefits you will see.
  2. Show you what we have done to improve customer experience as a direct result of your feedback.
  3. Signpost how you can provide feedback on any aspect of your relationship with us.

How we are asking you about your needs

We use Net Promoter Score as our survey methodology. It is a brief survey that enables us to

build a picture of whether we are doing things that will drive customers to recommend

LexisNexis. By keeping it simple, we can quickly gauge your feedback twice a year and

make sure we are continually improving our service.

In addition to this, customer feedback is captured through (online) surveys, focus groups,

customer advisory groups, industry associations and, of course, your everyday comments to

our Account Managers and Service teams.

The most important issues for you

The survey confirmed that information around content and usability of the LexisNexis online

research solutions are your most important issues. This was reassuring because we focussed a lot of effort on improving these key areas.
